Clayton Hotel | Overnight Stay In Birmingham | Review

Back before Christmas, Terry and I once again headed to Birmingham for the Christmas Market. We'd been the previous year and stayed at the lovely AC Hotel (read that review here) and although we really wanted to return last year, we thought we'd try somewhere new. After having a look online at some of the best reviews and locations within our budget, we decided to try Clayton hotel, (which is formally known as Hotel La Tour).

Turkey Diaries | Cesme

Saturday 24th June
It's 12.35pm and we're currently in the car on our way to Gatwick airport. We decided not to take the car this time and instead Dad's driving us. We'll just give him some money since we were originally planning on getting a cab. Mum's come along too - a family road trip to the airport!

A Trip To The Countryside | Breckland Lodge

Sometimes it's nice to take a spontaneous trip. Whether that be for the day, for the night, or if you're lucky enough; somewhere abroad where you can really escape. A couple of weeks ago Terry and I took a last minute planned trip up to Norfolk.

Holiday Diaries | Portugal | Vilamoura | Part 2/2

Back on the 22nd October, Terry and I returned back from holiday in Portugal. As always, its horrible being back home, but I've been reminiscing looking back over our photos and reading the diary entries. You can find Part 1 HERE, so be sure to pop on over and read about our first few days in Vilamoura.

Holiday Diaries | Portugal | Vilamoura | Part 1/2

Last week, Terry and I went on holiday to Portugal. Since we've been together, this was our fifth time. Well actually, my fifth, Terry's fourth; but we won't go into those details in this post.
I decided to keep a daily diary entry for each day, not only to share as a post, but for us to be able to look back on and reminisce on the memories. We usually stay in Albufeira, but this year decided to treat ourselves and stay in Vilamoura. You can see my post from last year HERE.

Rhodes Photo Diary | Part 2 | Holiday | Greece

Back at the end of June, beginning of July, Terry and I went to Rhodes for 10 days. I wrote a little induction post shortly after we returned, but never got around to uploading a part 2. Which brings us to this post. If you are someone whom is not very interested in scrolling through many, many photos, then maybe this post won't be for you. You can find Part 1 HERE. Enjoy :) x

Rhodes Diaries, Part 1..

Nisyros Island/Volcano
As some f you know, Terry and I went to Rhodes a couple of weeks back, for a nice relaxing holiday. We stayed in a small town called Pefkos, just a short drive from Lindos.
I had planned on keeping a diary and uploading every 3 days while we were away, but that plan soon went out the window as the Wi-Fi was just rubbish!!

What Goes Into MY Hand Luggage?..

By the time this post goes live and you're reading this, I'm sitting on a plane thousands of feet above the ground! If everything's gone to plan and we've not been delayed, we will be arriving in Rhodes within the next hour/hour and a half. Eek, exciting times :)

Holibobs to Portugal!!

So I've just returned from a week in the lovely Albufeira in Portugal. Highly recommend to anyone looking for either a relaxing, or clubbing/lively lifestyle holiday!
Lots to do (trips wise), lovely blue flag beaches and great food! If you're a bit more of a party animal (us not so much), then the strip will be right up your street (literally depending on where you stay), with a good selection of clubs offering great music and discounted cocktails! If you're a bit more like myself, and prefer a nice relaxing holiday with a good meal and a drink or two then the "strip" also offers you a large selection of resturants, serving great food and a good wine list.
