11th December 2018 - The not so joyous part of painting your new house.
Let me tell you, it’s not all singing and dancing and flicking paint at one another as you giggle like the movies want you to believe. Instead, it’s me leaving Terry to paint the skirting in the bedroom and coming downstairs to sulk, sit on the plastic chair that’s currently residing in the hall and think “oh this will be a great post”!

The Hunt For The Perfect Sideboard | Space Issues | Home Furnishing
Monday, 12 August 2019
One disadvantage about the house is lack of storage. We don’t have any cupboards apart from one that used to be the airing cupboard before we removed the tank. It'll eventually house towels in the top half since its next door to the bathroom, and cleaning appliances, such as the vacuum cleaner and mop etc at the bottom, purely because there is no where else to store them. Because of this, we’ve got to be smart about the pieces of furniture we chose and try to make the most of the space we do have.
Life Update | We're Buying A House
Sunday, 25 November 2018
I’ve seen people do the ‘We Bought A House’ post and I thought I’d switch it up a bit a do a ‘We’re Buying A House’ instead! I had originally planned to do the first, but I feel like so much has happened during our process, it would just be a never-ending post. So with this one, I'll be summarising our experience as a whole and eventually, in time, I'll write separate post's relating to different stages in more detail.

DIY Decorative String Art
Sunday, 7 February 2016
So since it's the week of looove, I thought I'd share with you a DIY project I did this time last year. It wasn't intentional for it to be a Valentines gift, but since it was around that time that I made it, I decided to gift it to my boyfriend. Don't worry once I have my bedroom re-decorated and shelves/cabinets in need of some decor, I'll be stealing it back off of him; it's just there for safe keeping ;)
DIY Upcycled Photo Frame
Friday, 20 November 2015
Happy Sunday folks!..
So today's post is a little 'DIY' project for those of you who love to "craft"!
With Christmas coming up, I thought it would also be a great idea for a handmade gift. Its so simple to do, doesn't take up too much time and I (personally) think it makes such a transformation, from an old frame. If you think this is something you would be interested in doing, read on and find out how i did it. Enjoy..:)
