What You Waiting For?..

Every time I use this palette, I can't help but sing Gwen Stefani! Sorry I've probably got it stuck in your head now right? Oops..
This review is long overdue and I apologise for that. As all good bloggers do, I made sure before I even swatched the palette, (even though it was very tempting), I got the perfect pictures for a potential post and the all important Instagram snap.

I actually purchased this palette back in March during a mini Superdug haul, which you can find HERE if you fancy having a nose at what else I brought :)

I'd been looking for a new palette for a while and with such an affordable price tag of just £6, I couldn't resist! I purposely chose this particular one as it was one I hadn't yet seen on any blogs, I loved the look of all the different shades AND it was limited edition to Superdrug, which made it more interesting to me. While it is no longer available at Superdrug, you can still grab it from Revolution's website here.
So lets take a look at the colours shall we? The Salvation palette offers you 18 different shadows in total; 12 shimmers and 6 matte. Surely the mix of both simmer and matte in one palette is a good enough excuse to purchase if nothing else?

The kit comes with a large mirror, very convenient and really easy to use to do your whole face of makeup. Another great feature of this product is the plastic sheet that comes in the eyeshadow palette. Yes I did just get happy over a piece of plastic... It has the names of each shadow, so you can see which one you're using.
Lastly, I want to talk about the actual use of the product. Each shade is different from the last. Every single little shadow is extremely pigmented. I am honestly so impressed with how good they are. Naked who? I tell you what, compared to the price difference there is nothing negative I have to say. I was skeptical before for such a cheap product, but I was certainly proved wrong.

Have you jumped on the Revolution palette band wagon? I know a few months ago everyone seemed to be buying one. If you do have one, which one have you got?

Love Hannah xx

  1. The palette looks amazing! Makeup Revolution sure does know how to design a product <3 Amazing price-quality ratio & I am also a huge fan of seeing the names of the shades :) I do have a few palettes myself, one of them is a bit of a disappointment but others do a great job! Thanks for sharing this, sweetie <3
